I suggest to anyone wanting to see the dots with a blue LED to print out
EFF test page #7
(http://www.eff.org/Privacy/printers/test_sheets/test07-checkerboard.pdf).
Shine your light over one of the cyan (blue) squares in the middle of
the page.
Although you can see the dots on the white part of the page if you look
very hard, they are much easier to see against a blue background.
