[Printers] color inkjets

We have only ever seen it in color laser printers.  I will make a FAQ
document on the EFF site that points this out.

However, there is some work on techniques to track other kinds of
prints.  One that has received some notoriety is the Purdue "banding"
research:

I think it would be worthwhile to learn more about this.
