[Printers] HP Color LaserJet 3550

I've looked at our HP Color LaserJet 3550, and it's got the 
dots.  I've printed off the full set of printouts and will send it in RSN.

[The CLJ 3550n is the same exact printer with the addition of an 
external JetDirect device, fwiw]

Strangely, when the printer driver is set to monochrome, "Print In 
Greyscale", the tracking dots are not printed.
