[Printers] Time confirmation

Today I printed out four new pages on various DocuColor printers to try
to ensure that the interpretation Joel has given works. In every case,
the date was correct but the time was apparently incorrect. (One of
them had the time so far off that it appeared to refer to the following
morning, with the date one day ahead.)

Do we have evidence of many test pages that properly encode the time
according to Joel's interpretation? (I realize that the fact that the
minute field often increments during a print job suggests that it is
a time field. Also, I learned that the DocuColor 12 is much slower than
the DocuColor 6060, which might explain why we sometimes notice this
change and sometimes don't.)

I'm wondering whether Kinko's stores often have the time on their
DocuColor printers set wrong. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get any
configuration pages today. Configuration pages might resolve these
questions easily because they give the printer's internal time value
accurately.
